Backup Wizard does not seem to work on this phone. I had two in the last week. BA clicking from the phone will restart the phone. If you go to the computer and select Backup Now, to reset or by phone. VZW seems you can not solve the problem. LG cust serv is unnecessary. If BA does not care about the phone is great. . fun. I always loved this phone is really thin and skinny. I am not a type of belt clip and a few good fit in a coat / / shirt pocket without bulk.
