Could they buy a phone off-site or on eBay Verizon Wireless and bring it to a Verizon store to activate? I live in California and plans to buy my own camera, but my brother paid the bill and lives in Colorado. Will I be able to activate the phone when I saw using the information from my brother, if I’m going with my dad?

you can activate it online, your brother has the account info for the internet access.. its soo easy just log in and you can activate anyphone. or you can just call verizon and they will tell you how to do it. you dont have to ever go to the store..
