FIND ONE THAT WILL NOT REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE TO CALL TECH SUPPORT ON THE FIRST DAY. THATS AGGRAVATING ENOUGH. AND IF YOU ARE NOT COMPUTER SAVVY THE TECHS SEEM TO BE BOTHERED BY THAT, MY FIRST TECH ACTUALLY TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS MY INTERNET COMPANY, I HAD TO CUT HER OFF AND EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I HAD PERFECT INTERNET SERVICE BEFORE CONNECTING HER PRODUCT. SHE DIDN’T GET IT, SO I HAD TO REQUEST AND WAIT FOR A SUPERVISOR. FINALLY AFTER 45MINS ON THE PHONE WITH THE SUPERVISOR GOT IT UP AND RUNNING, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT ASK ME FOR MY PASSCODE WHEN USING WIRELESS CONNECTION. DON’T WANT TO CALL BACK SO I WILL JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT AS IS.

3rd party tech support charges another sixty before they’ll tell you anything. DIRTY. Linksys tech support is good in other ways but this is sorry business. Six months ago they would give filesharing support for a new router.

I bought this router and within a few days it broke. The linksys technical people were very helpful, but agreed that the product was defective. So I received a replacement with no trouble. Today, less than 1 month later, I’m having the same problem again. I think I’m going to trade it in for a completely different product.

Had connection problems first couple of weeks but they seemed to have sorted themselves out over time. Router kept losing my wireless connection to xbox and laptop in same room. Was not my internet connection becasue Vonage / my phone service continued to work and powercycling the router was the only cure. Not an issue the past month or so. Im glad cuz this cost $[. . . ] bucks.
Works great with xbox360 media center and what I always loved about linksys is the Easy link advisor. Even though I can log in and set this up myself the advisor takes some of the tasks out of setting up a secure network. Cuz it can be a pain to enter all the wep security codes. I still have to go in and open gaming ports.
I would give it more stars but $[. . . ] bucks for duel band?? come on linksys nothing really special about this router. 2 stars at most.

Was fearing the worst,couldnt have been easier,plugged it in and everything worked, good range thru entire house and hasnt skipped a beat in the 6 weeks Ive had it.
