There are many advices to make DSL internet connection increase the speed. And below are several steps you need to do to make your connection going faster:

Open an internet explorer.
Go to menu bar.
Click Tolls button.
Select Internet Option.
Click delete cookies.
Check the box delete all offline cookies.
Delete the files as well.
Check the box saying delete all offline files.
Once that has been done, please click the Programs tab.

Click the Reset Web Settings button.
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the Restore Defaults button
Can you now please click the Connections tab. Now you can click the Connections tab.
You need to ensure that Never Dial A Connection is checked. If it is not, please put a dot next to it.
While you are on the Connection tab, please click Lan Settings
Ensure nothing is checked on this screen. Click Ok.
You can click OK again.
