Double check your DNS setting through the nslookup.
Probably you DNS is messed up, since pings work fine.
did you install the software from your isp? did you set the properties on the TCIP/IP to ‘automatic’?
As stated, it’s likely your DNS settings. A corrupt TCP stack on windows will typically not allow a ping to anything.
Are you pinging an internet IP or just the IP of your router? Addresses that start with 192.168, 10., or 172.16 through 172.31 are LAN IPs which would only be on your own network.
If you can ping 69.147.114.210 but pinging gives you a host lookup error, the problem is with your DNS settings.
Another possibility is malware/virus infection.
Make sure there isnt a proxy set in your web browser, alot of spyware and some antivirus programs will do this.
Try pinging to the default gateway, make sure that the ping does not time out, or try pinging to and its ip address (66.94.230.39) if the host is unreachable on the pings just flush the dns. Another thing you can do on the cmd is and ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew.
