try DAP.. or maybe they are hackers. wahehe.. it depends on the site that you download from..
well i manged to install a keylogger on my usb and put it up on a comp that admins use i then checked my keylogger and got admin account the admin accoutn is alot faster then a normal acc and it is constant speed
you probably go through a proxy server and the others go through another hence the different speed – check in tools – internet options – connections – connections – lan settings – you’ll be able to see if you use a proxy server then just replace the name for the one the others have
