this problem may be due to access list in this case you need to reset the router and i think it will work fine
Is this a new router you bought? Or one your company provided to you for remote access? If it is the latter, they might have VPN policies on it which are preventing full access – you would need to work with your company in that case. If it is something you bought and set up yourself, then a configuration would be helpful because it seems a lot less likely … perhaps a NAT setting?
